Return & Exchange Policy

At DUDE, we want you to look and feel your best. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with an easy exchange process.

1. Policy Overview

  • Exchange Window: You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags, packaging, and the invoice attached.

  • Final Sale Items: Products purchased during a Sale or under a special promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Reasons for Exchange

We accept exchange requests for the following reasons:

  • Size/Fit Issues: The item doesn’t fit you as expected.

  • Defective/Damaged: The product has a visible manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit.

  • Wrong Product: You received a different color, size, or design than what you ordered. There might be a little difference of color due to photography, it wouldn't be counted as different color.

3. The Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Notify Us: Message us on Facebook/Instagram or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the package.

  2. Quality Check: Send us a clear photo or unboxing video of the product and the invoice.

  3. Return Shipment: * Inside Dhaka: Our delivery hero will pick up the item and drop off the replacement (Exchange at doorstep).

    • Outside Dhaka: You must send the product back via a local courier (e.g., Pathao, Steadfast, or Sundarban). Once we receive and inspect it, we will ship your replacement.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Our Mistake: If the product is defective or the wrong item was sent, DUDE will cover all delivery charges.

  • Customer Choice: For size changes or "change of mind" exchanges, the customer is responsible for both the return and the new delivery fee.

5. Refund Policy

  • No Cash Refunds: In line with standard industry practice in Bangladesh, we generally do not offer cash refunds.

  • Store Credit/Voucher: If the desired size or item is out of stock, we will issue a Store Credit/Voucher of the same value, valid for your next purchase.

  • Failed Deliveries: If you paid in advance and we cannot fulfill the order, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
